EKidsOnTheGo.Com suggests that your establishment provides 'Guest Comment' cards for the consumer to provide feedback to the establishment so to aid the establishment cater to the needs of the family, and therefore gain greater consumer business. We are a partner to the family oriented establishments listed with us, and intend to aid those establishments gain greater exposure to their business.

eKidsOnTheGo.Com Listing Service Agreement:

Consumer recognition material terms of use – The participant is granted a non-exclusive license to use the eKidsOnTheGo.Com designation Logo in association with the participant’s Goods and Services, provided that the participant shall:

1) Ensure that the nature and quality of Goods distributed and Services supplied in association with the Logo comply with the standards prescribed by eKidsOnTheGo.Com from time to time;

2) Indicate appropriate intellectual property designation of protection as specified by eKidsOnTheGo.Com from time to time;

3) Not use the Logo in any manner which might jeopardize or dilute the proprietary interest of eKidsOnTheGo.Com, or the validity of the Logo;

4) Where applicable, provide samples of all collateral, advertising and promotion, etc. where the Logo is used.

  • Upon:

    1) Acceptance of this application by authorized signatory; and

    2) Payment of the applicable participant fees, and requested documentation

  • The applicant shall become a participant of the eKidsOnTheGo.Com listing. This program is non-binding and voluntary. eKidsOnTheGo.Com listing assumes no liability for participant information or services.

    Continued participation in the eKidsOnTheGo.Com listing is subject to renewal. Upon becoming a participant of, and while the applicant remains a participant in good standing, the applicant will be listed in an applicable section of the Directory based on geographic location, and type of business or service.
